Bluetooth Connection Issues
If you encounter Bluetooth connection issues, please follow these steps to diagnose and resolve the problem:
- Confirm that the printer is powered on. Bluetooth connection requires the printer to be in the powered-on state.
- Enable the Bluetooth feature on your device and ensure that the Bluetooth connection is functioning correctly. Sometimes, restarting the Bluetooth feature can resolve connection issues.
- Attempt to re-pair your device and the printer's Bluetooth connection. Follow the pairing guidelines provided for your device and the printer.
Print Clarity Issues
If you encounter issues with print clarity when printing images or documents, you can enhance print clarity using these steps:
- Access the app's settings.
- Locate the "Image Print Clarity" option.
- Adjust the clarity setting to a higher value for improved print quality.
Increasing the clarity setting will enhance the quality of your prints, ensuring that images and documents are sharper and clearer.
Switching Print Modes
You can switch print modes in the following locations:
- Connection Page: When connecting a device, you can select different print modes.
- Settings Page: In the app's settings, you can find the "Switch Mode" option to change print modes.

Sending Commands to the Printer
If you need to send custom commands to the printer, follow these steps:
- In the text printing page, locate the "Open Hex Mode" button.
- Click the "Open Hex Mode" button.
- In Hex mode, you can input custom commands, then click the "Send" button to transmit the commands to the printer.
Using Hex mode allows you to send custom commands to meet specific printing requirements.
